Rates are the same for phone and office appointments.
Support for Pet Loss is a fee-for-service practice and, as such, does not bill your insurance carrier for services rendered. Payment is expected at the time service is performed. We will help you complete any necessary forms for reimbursement from your insurance company. We can provide you with a receipt of payment with the correct procedural and diagnostic codes for you to receive reimbursement.
